FX: None, just the below "Columbia Home Video" text fading in. On DVD prints of "Thomas & Friends", "Barney & Friends", "The Hoobs Movie", "Mr. Bump's Nightmare", "Pingu Vs. Disney" and "Pingu The Movie: 4th Anniversary Edition", there is no Warning Screen.

Music: None.

Availability: Seen on "The Adventures of Elmo in Grouchland: 8th Anniversary Edition", "Stuart Little 4: Here's Ollie!", "Dragon Tales: The Complete Series", "Superbad", "Open Season: Special Edition", "Surf's Up", "Columbia Torch Lady RETURNS!" and "Men in Black 2".
